The Water wheel is the bar and its located at 7034 15th Ave NW seattle. the bar doesn’t have a parking lot itself but there is plenty of street parking close and easy to find. The staff there are very friendly the drinks are inexpensive and stiff, there’s a large outdoor space where smoking is allowed while you drink. this is a free event so no tickets are needed.
