the Water wheel is the bar and its located at 7034 15th Ave NW seattle. the bar doesn’t have a parking lot itself but there is plenty of street parking. the staff there are very friendly the drinks are inexpensive and stiff, there’s an outdoor space with lots of space and smoking is allowed out there while you drink. see y’all there
